Consultant: Northwall Compliance Group LLC

1. Scope of Services

Assistance in developing and launching a Residential Assisted Living (RAL) facility across four phases: Regulatory Strategy, Physical Build, Inspections, and Revenue Compliance.

2. Compensation

Total fee: $5,000.00. Deposit of $2,500.00 due upon signing. Remaining $2,500.00 due upon completion of Phase 2.

Terms of Service

By accessing or using any services, documents, training, or content offered by Northwall Compliance Group LLC ("Northwall"), you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern all purchases, communications, and website use.

Northwall reserves the right to update or modify these terms.
All materials sold are for use by the purchasing facility and may not be redistributed, resold, or shared without explicit written permission.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is extremely important to us. This policy outlines how Northwall collects, uses, and protects your data when you interact with our website or request quotes.

We collect basic information (name, facility, email, services) through our quote form strictly for internal use in generating custom pricing and service alignment.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties.
All submissions are transmitted securely via SSL encryption. Optional uploads (e.g., MDH tag letters) are deleted after use and not stored long-term.
Your information may be retained for follow-up, invoice documentation, or licensing verification, in compliance with applicable business and health regulations.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing northwallcompliance@gmail.com.

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our intellectual property and the custom-built nature of our binders, all sales are final. However, Northwall offers fairness and integrity in every transaction.

No refunds will be issued once a PDF binder or physical binder has been delivered or downloaded.
If a document error occurs due to our team (e.g., outdated or incorrect info, mislabeling), we will correct and resend free of charge within 5 business days.
In rare cases of duplicate charges or proven billing errors, refunds will be reviewed upon written request within 7 days of purchase.
All disputes must be submitted in writing to northwallcompliance@gmail.com.
